Is it really $50 — no catch?

Yes. Flat $50 cash or e-Transfer for every ground-floor exterior window on a single-family home. Same price whether your windows are spotless or haven't been touched in three years.

Why don't you do upstairs?

Two reasons. One, ladder work doubles or triples the time per window. Two, that's where the other companies hide their margin. Cutting it out is what makes the $50 price possible. If you really want upstairs done, we can talk — but it's not the deal.

How do I book?

Text 289-943-4078 with your address and a window of time. That's it. No forms, no quote calls, no email chains.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. Kieran works outside only — he won't enter your home, for everyone's safety and peace of mind. You'll just need to fill a bucket of hot water from your sink and set it on the porch when he arrives. The clean itself takes about an hour.

What if it rains?

Light rain is actually fine — the soap and squeegee technique works the same. If it's a downpour, Kieran will text you to reschedule, no charge.

How often should I get this done?

Twice a year is the sweet spot in Ontario — once after spring pollen, once after summer dust and before winter. Repeat clients can lock in a recurring spot.
